ESP32 port of Channel3 - broadcasts analog NTSC/PAL TV signals using
I2S DMA at 80MHz. Features include:
- RF broadcast on Channel 3 (61.25 MHz)
- Web UI for configuration
- MQTT integration with Home Assistant
- Weather display via Open-Meteo API
- Screen rotation with transitions (fade, wipe, dissolve)
- 3D graphics engine
- Uploaded image display
- Settings export/import
Hardware: ESP32 with GPIO 22 as RF output
