src/main.c, nutmeg, cleanup `ft_loadfile()' invocation

drop non functional code which might originally have been meant
  to read a default `ft_rawfile' when no other file
  was given on the command line.

this would be disturbing behaviour anyway,
  since it would be impossible to start
  nutmeg interactively without any file.
